Shipping Policy:

  • Domestic Shipping: Surf Prescriptions offers domestic shipping within the United States. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location. We strive to process and ship orders for apparel and accessories within 3-5 business days after the order is placed. Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping method selected at checkout.

  • Surfboards: All surfboards are built to order, and typically takes 3-4 weeks for the board to be shaped and shipped. Please note that this timeframe may vary slightly depending on the specifics of the order. Once your surfboard is ready to ship, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

  • International Shipping: We also ship internationally. International shipping costs and delivery times will vary based on the destination country and the selected shipping method. Please note that customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees that may apply.

  • Order Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the delivery status of your order.

Returns Policy:

  • Surfboards: All surfboard sales are final. Due to the custom nature of our surfboards, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any surfboard purchase. Please ensure that all details of your order are correct before placing it.

  • Apparel and Accessories: We accept returns on unworn, unaltered, and unwashed apparel and accessories with tags still attached. To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition.

  • Return Process: If you wish to return an eligible item, please contact our customer service team at jeffscotthoward@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with return instructions. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

  • Exchanges: We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the eligible item for a refund and place a new order.
